Orders placed on working days before 11:59 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times by Country

Our estimated delivery times are 5–7 working days, including weekends, for the following countries:

  • Belgium: 5–7 working days
  • Germany: 5–7 working days
  • Other countries: 5–7 working days

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU. However, we are working on providing additional shipping options in the future.

Delays

These include, among others, customs clearance or high demand at shipping providers. Snow Smile does not take responsibility for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@snow-smile.co and send us photos of the damage.
